Cardington Film Studios

Home to many blockbuster movies and one of the largest and tallest indoor stages in Europe, Cardington Studios is a top choice for film production and stadium tour rehearsals. Its expansive height is 158 feet at the apex and 122 feet at the eaves, with load-bearing, variable-height grid and catwalk systems—allowing designers to build without restriction.

Located 55 miles north of central London, the studio offers four stages—or one 140,000-square-foot “super stage”—offices, workshops, vast holding areas and additional support space, plus 10 acres of parking and backlot. In addition, three Rubb set-storage buildings are located on the property.

Recent productions at the studio include Star Wars, Batman Begins, Inception, Dark Knight, Pan, and Dumbo.
